Q: I just ordered some merchandise (Album, Apparel, Tickets) from cocalm.com. When can I expect to receive the order in the mail?

-A: Once orders are received and depending on the order, the order is processed and sent out usually the same day. You will be notified by email that your order has been processed (sent out) and you should expect your order in the mail within the next 1.5-2 weeks
